摘要
在中国风景园林建设行业不断发展壮大的过程中,EPC管理模式凭借其专业协同把控项目建设情况、平稳高效推进项目进程等优势正逐渐受到建设单位的青睐,但同时也面临诸多问题。以现场管理为着眼点,从公共园林EPC工程特点分析出发,结合团队多年来从事公共园林EPC工程项目管理的实践经验,对公共园林EPC工程具体项目案例进行管理架构分析,从困境分析论及现场管理,对公共园林EPC工程的现场管理策略进行了深入探讨,进而探索完善公共园林EPC模式运作的途径与方法。
In the process of continuous development and growth of China s landscape construction industry,the EPC management model has gradually been favored by construction units by virtue of its advantages of professional and collaborative control of project construction as well as smooth and efficient promotion of project process.However,it also faces various problems.Based on the authors’experience in public landscape EPC project management over the years,this paper focuses on site management and analyzes the management structure of specific cases of public landscape EPC projects from the view of examining characteristics of these proj ects.This study then intensively discusses the site management strategy of public landscape EPC projects from predicament analysis to site management practices,and further explores ways to improve the operation of the public landscape EPC model.
