摘要
作者以北京市通州区运河核心区某项目为实例,探讨相邻基坑超过原基坑使用年限的工况下,对基坑进行加固设计的关键控制点。项目7号地块基坑深度14.75 m,基坑周边环境复杂,目前已超期服役三年多。基坑东侧为8号地块基坑,基坑深度为21.90 m,两个基坑之间为地下连接通道。为保证地下连接通道的顺利实施及基坑的稳定性,须制定补强设计方案。项目实施过程中对基坑进行了全过程监测,监测结果表明,在此类复杂环境下采用回填加固+补打预应力锚杆的方案是安全可行的,可供类似超期服役基坑的加固提供参考和借鉴。
The author takes a project in the canal core area of Tongzhou district in Beijing as an example to explore the key control points for reinforcement design of adjacent foundation pits when they both exceeds its service life of original foundation pit.The depth of the foundation pit with complex surrounding environment in plot 7 of the project is 14.75 m,and it has been in extended service over three years.The foundation pit with a depth of 21.90 m of plot 8 is on its east side,and there is an underground connecting passage between the two foundation pits.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the underground connecting passage and the stability of foundation pit,it is necessary to develop a reinforcement design scheme.During project implementation,the whole process of foundation pit monitoring was carried out.The monitoring results showed that the scheme of backfilling reinforcement and prestressed anchors is safe and feasible in such complex environments,which can provide reference for foundation pit reinforcement with similar over-time service.
