摘要
压力分散型预应力锚索由于单元间长度不同,在相同张拉力条件下各单元的应力状态存在差异,另外受挤压区岩体变形(锚头位移)和张拉设备等因素的影响,相对于拉力型锚索各锚索单元也易产生应力差异,当差异较大时,易造成个别单元应力超限或破坏,影响锚固效率和加固体安全.因此,施工中结合边坡岩体牲和张拉设备条件探讨科学的张拉工艺是压力分散型预应力锚索施工中的重要环节.文章以山东省某高速公路压力分散型锚索张拉施工为实例,通过对压力分散型锚索几种张拉方法的单元受力状态分析和同-三高速公路山东青岛段K14+600~950边坡工程检验成果,提出了压力分散型锚索先差异荷张拉后超荷载张拉的两序张拉工艺方法.为类似工程提供一定借鉴经验.
Dispersing pressure prestressed anchor cable is so easy to beyond the ultimate strength and failure that ithas bad influence on the anchorage efficiency and reinforced body safety in comparison with tension anchor cable for the reason that the length between units is different then the stress status of every unit is different under the same tension or on the effect of rockmass deformation and tension equipment.So it is important for construction of the dispersing pressure prestressed anchor cable to study on the tension technology according to the characteristics of the slope rockmass and the tension equipment.Taking the construction of dispersing pressure prestressed anchor cable in highway of Shandong Province as an example,the paper analyses dispersing pressure anchor cable unit stress status of different tension methods and slope engineering checkout results of Tongsan Highway Qingdao Sec-tion K14+600~950and puts forward a new tension technology,unit-tension&unequal-load first and then whole-tension&over-load,which can be used for reference.
