健康教育在慢性支气管炎患者护理中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨健康教育在慢性支气管炎患者护理中的应用方法与临床效果。方法随机选取2021年3月-2023年3月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院呼吸科收治的140例慢性支气管炎住院患者作为研究对象。患者参照随机数表法分为两组,接受不同的护理,对照组(n=70)接受常规护理,观察组(n=70)联合接受健康教育。护理前后分别检测两组健康知识掌握情况、心理状况、生活质量,并在不同护理工作结束后,调查对护理满意度。结果护理前观察组健康知识掌握得分、生活质量总评分均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后观察组健康知识掌握得分、观察组生活质量总评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理前两组焦虑和抑郁得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。护理后观察组焦虑和抑郁得分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对临床护理工作的总满意率为95.71%,高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.155,P<0.05)。结论在慢性支气管炎患者临床护理中开展健康教育可以更好地改善患者的健康知识掌握情况以及生活质量,促进患者病情恢复,并提高患者护理满意度。 Objective To explore the application method and clinical effect of health education in nursing care of patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of one hundred and forty patients with chronic bronchitis hospitalized in the department of respiratory of Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.Patients were divided into two groups according to ran-dom number table method to receive different nursing care,control group(n=70)received routine nursing,observation group(n=70)combined with health education.The health knowledge,psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were detected before and after nursing,and the satisfaction with nursing was investigated after different nursing work.Results Before nursing,the score of health knowledge and the total score of quality of life assessment in observation group were lower than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(both P>0.05).After nursing,the score of health knowledge mastery and the total score of quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of clinical nursing work in the observation group was 95.71%,higher than that in the control group 85.71%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.155,P<0.05).Conclusion Health education in the clinical nursing of patients with chronic bronchitis can better improve the health knowledge and quality of life of patients,promote the recovery of patients'conditions,and improve the satisfaction of patients
