摘要
目的:探讨赛肤润在抗肿瘤靶向药物所致手足综合征(Hand-foot syndrome,HFS)表皮损伤中的应用效果及其对美观性的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将2021年6月-2022年12月笔者医院收治的90例抗肿瘤靶向药物所致HFS患者分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组患者采用尿素软膏进行治疗,观察组采用赛肤润进行治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。比较两组手足综合征相关症状评分(HFS评分)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、卡氏功能状态评分(Karnofsky performance stat,KPS)、皮肤病生活质量量表指数(Dermatology life quality index,DLQI)、CD3^(+)及CD4^(+)比例、美观满意度、不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),HFS评分、VAS疼痛评分、DLQI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组美观满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:赛肤润在抗肿瘤靶向药物所致HFS表皮损伤中应用效果明显,能有效改善相关症状,缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量及美观满意度,安全性好。
Objective To discuss the application effect of Sanyrene in targeted anticancer agents induced epidermal damage due to hand-foot syndrome(HFS)and its influence on aesthetics.Methods According to random number table method,90 patients with targeted anticancer agents induced HFS who were divided into the control group and the observation group in the author's hospital from June 2021 to December 2022,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with urea ointment,and the observation group was treated with Sanyrene,both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The hand-foot syndromerelated symptom score(HFS score),pain visual analogue scale(VAS pain score),Karnofsky performance stat(KPS score),dermatological life quality scale index score(DLQI score),CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)cell ratio,aesthetic satisfaction,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the KPS score in the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the HFS score,VAS pain score and DLQI score in the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Sanyrene in targeted anticancer agents induced epidermal damage due to HFS was obvious,it could effectively improve related symptoms,relieve pain,improve quality of life and aesthetic satisfaction,with good safety.
