摘要
手足综合征(hand-foot syndrome,HFS)是指某些抗肿瘤药物诱发的一种皮肤毒性反应。尽管HFS不会危及生命,但HFS的发生常常会降低患者的生活质量、影响患者的治疗依从性,甚至导致治疗的终止进而影响远期疗效。目前报道关于诱发HFS的抗肿瘤药物有很多,包括氟尿嘧啶类、蒽环类、紫杉烷类和靶向药物。到目前为止,对于抗肿瘤药物所致HFS的发生机制仍缺乏确切的认识,本文综述了HFS的发生特点和临床常用分级方式并分析了其可能的机制,提出了相应的防治管理措施,旨在满足有关医护人员临床管理的需求,为进一步研究提供帮助。
The hand-foot syndrome(HFS)is a kind of dermal toxicity induced by some antitumor drugs.Although HFS is not life-threatening,it lowers the quality of life and treatment compliance,which may even influence the long-term efficacy due to the treatment termination.Many antitumor drugs have been reported to induce HFS,including fluorouracil,anthracycline,taxanes and targeted drugs.Up to now,the exact mechanism of HFS induced by antitumor drugs has not been fully elucidated.This review describes the characteristics of HFS,its clinical classification and potential pathogenic mechanisms.We also provide prevention and treatment methods of HFS,aiming to meet the needs of clinical management by medical staff and provide help for further research.
