基于物联网的发电机滑环温度在线监测系统研究

摘要 通过研究基于物联网的滑环温度在线监测系统,实现对QFSN-200-2型发电机主励磁机滑环温度远程实时监测,并能够实现滑环温度异常报警。系统以STM32F103芯片为核心控制器,采用红外测温传感器采集温度数据,经模数转换后,利用4G无线收发模块同步到云平台,最后实现通过手机实时查看滑环温度数据,并接收装置电话和短信提醒。 By studying the slip ring temperature on-line monitoring system based on the internet of things,the remote real-time monitoring of the slip ring temperature of QFSN-200-2 generator is realized,and the alarm for abnormal slip ring temperature is realized.The system takes STM32F103 chip as the core controller,and uses infrared temperature measurement sensors to collect temperature data.After analog-to-digital conversion,the 4G wireless sending and receiving module is synchronized to the cloud platform,and finally realizes the real-time view of the slip ring temperature data based on a mobile phone,and receives information from the phone and SMS reminder of the device.
