摘要 针对传统液压泵站无法远程监控、智能化程度不高等问题,设计了基于物联网的液压泵站远程监控系统。该监控系统采用STM32F103芯片为核心的控制器对现场仪器仪表进行数据采集和控制,通过4G无线通信模块与云端服务器进行数据交换。远程监控客户端通过以太网或WiFi与云端服务器相连接,实时与以STM32F103芯片为核心的控制器收发指令数据实现对液压泵站的远程监控。试验结果表明,该系统运行效果稳定,可以实时远程监控液压泵站的运行状态,系统最大相对误差为0.82%,控制精度可达-0.75%,为液压泵站的故障诊断及预测提供了一定的依据。 Aiming at the problems of traditional hydraulic pump station, such as poor remote monitoring and low intelligence, a remote monitoring system for hydraulic pump station based on Internet of Things was designed.The monitoring system adopted STM32 F103 chip as the core controller to conduct data collection and control of field instruments and instruments, and exchanged data with cloud server through 4G wireless communication module.The remote monitoring client was connected with the cloud server through ethernet or WiFi, and sent and received command data with the controller based on STM32F103 chip in real time to realize the remote monitoring of the hydraulic pump station.The test results show that the system works well and can monitor the running state of hydraulic pump station in real time.The maximum relative error of the system is 0.82%,and the control accuracy can reach-0.75%.The system provides a certain basis for fault diagnosis and prediction of hydraulic pump station.
