摘要
食品标准与法规课程法律条文繁多、内容抽象,为革新教学方法,提高授课效果,采用将翻转课堂与食品安全案例分析相结合,对课前、课中和课后的授课模式进行创新,并改革评价模式。结果表明,学生的上课积极性得到很大程度的提高,授课效果明显改善。
The course in Food Standards and Laws has a lot of the law knowledge points and abstract content.In order to reform the teaching method and improve the teaching effect,the flipped classroom teaching combined with the case analysis of food safety was researched,the teaching mode before,during and after class was innovated,and the evaluation mode was reformed.The results showed that students'enthusiasm for class was greatly improved,and the teaching effect was significantly improved.
