摘要
本文作者对一台35kV干式变压器进行了主纵绝缘计算。经过对计算结果的分析,结合该台产品的结构特点,对其高压绕组结构进行优化,并减少高压-低压、高压相间主距绝缘尺寸。通过波过程和电场仿真软件的再次验算,调整后的结构满足绝缘要求,验证了结构改进优化的可行性。
In this paper,the main and longitudinal insulation of a 35kV dry-type trans former is calculated.Based on the analysis of the calculation results,the structure of high voltage winding is optimized,and the insulation size of high-voltage to low-voltage and high-voltage phase-to-phase is reduced.Through the wave process and the elec tric field simulation software,the adjusted structure meets the insulation requirements,which verifies the feasibility of structural improvement and optimization.
