摘要
为了研究瞬态过电压对层式绕组绝缘特性的影响,设计制作了分段层式绕组模型,该模型分为4段,每段5层,以每1层为1个单元,共分20个单元.根据绕组模型尺寸结构,计算电感、电容参数,建立等值电路.应用割集分析法分析分段层式绕组等值电路,得到该绕组模型等值网络微分方程组,通过广义特征法解微分方程组.在等值电路中部施加雷电波及VFTO信号,计算其他各个单元节点的电压波形,通过计算的电压信号拟合沿绕组的电位分布与梯度分布.为层式绕组的绝缘结构设计提供了理论依据.
In order to study the transient overvoltage to layer type winding insulation characteristic influence,we design and make the piecewise-layer type winding model.The model is divided into four sections,each section has five layers,each layer as a unit,divided into 20 units.According to the winding model size structure,we calculate the inductance,capacitance parameters and establish equivalent circuit.Using cut-set method to analysis piecewise-layer type winding equivalent circuit,we obtain the equivalent network differential equations on this winding model.Solution to differential equations is realized through the generalized characteristics method.Imposition of lightning wave signal in equivalent circuit,we calculate the voltage waveform of each unit node,through the calculation of the voltage signal fitting the potential distribution and the gradient distribution along the winding.The insulation structure design for layer type winding provides theory basis.
