摘要
本文深入研究了煤炭洗选工艺技术的应用及改造升级,旨在通过现代科技手段更有效地应用和改进煤炭洗选工艺,提高煤炭质量、延长燃料寿命,并减少对环境的不利影响。首先,详细介绍煤炭洗选的核心原理,说明重力选煤和浮选技术在实际应用中的效果。其次,结合实践中遇到的各种问题,提出技术改造方案、设备改造方案以及引入自动化控制系统,希望能提高整个煤炭洗选过程的效率和稳定性。根据实际应用效果表明,该洗选工艺方案的分选效率比优化前提升了12.8%,产品中的水分降低了6.59%,产品中的灰分降低了0.61%,显著提升了选煤厂产品品质。
This paper deeply studies the application and upgrading of coal washing process technology,aiming at using modern scientific and technological means to effectively apply and improve coal washing process,improve coal quality,extend fuel life,and reduce the adverse impact on the environment.Firstly,the core principle of coal washing is introduced in detail,and the effect of gravity coal separation and flotation technology in practical application is explained.Secondly,combined with various problems encountered in practice,the technical transformation scheme,equipment transformation scheme and the introduction of automatic control system are proposed,hoping to improve the efficiency and stability of the whole coal washing process.According to the practical application results,the separation efficiency of the washing process is increased by 12.8%,the water content in the product is reduced by 6.59%,and the ash content in the product is reduced by 0.61%,which significantly improves the product quality of the coal preparation plant.
