摘要
煤炭洗选存在煤炭运输、筛分、脱泥、废水处理等多道工序,整个生产工艺具有较高的能耗。基于此,对相关工艺建立清洁生产评价指标体系,通过层次分析法、熵权法为各级指标合理分配权重值,利用白化权函数构造定性指标的隶属度判断依据,在以上工作的基础上利用模糊综合评价方法,克服了传统评价方法客观性不足、准确性较低的问题。
Coal washing involves multiple processes such as coal transportation,screening,desliming,and wastewater treatment,the entire production process has high energy consumption.The research process has established a clean production evaluation index system for relevant processes,through the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method,the weight values are reasonably assigned to the indicators at all levels,using the whitening weight function to construct the basis for judging the membership degree of qualitative indicators,based on the above work,an effective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been developed,overcoming the problems of insufficient objectivity and low accuracy in traditional evaluation methods.
