摘要
针对某铜熔炼渣选厂选矿金属回收率偏低的问题,进行了一系列工艺条件参数的试验研究。试验结果表明,在提高磨矿细度、采用多种捕收剂协同作用的条件下,能够取得较好的选矿指标。在生产实践中,通过优化生产工艺流程、降低破碎产品粒度、提高水力旋流器返砂比、制定合理的浮选药剂制度等措施,使得选矿工艺指标得到了较大的提升,经济效益显著。
Aiming at the low recovery rate of metal in a copper smelting slag concentrator,a series of experimental studies on process parameters were carried out.The experimental results show that better beneficiation indexes can be obtained under the condition of increasing grinding fineness and using various collector synergies.In the production practice,by optimizing the production process flow,reducing the particle size of the crushed products,improving the sand return ratio of the hydrocyclone and formulating a reasonable flotation reagent system,the beneficiation process index has been greatly improved,and the economic benefits are remarkable.
