摘要
针对某铜熔炼渣嵌布粒度细,共生关系紧密的性质特点,采用细磨工艺,以碳酸钠作为调整剂,丁基黄药+Z-200作为组合捕收剂浮选回收铜,取得了良好的选别指标。浮选尾矿磁选回收铁,选别效果不明显。
A smelting slag of copper is characterized by fine disseminated extent and close symbiosis. Using fine grinding process on the condition of high-alkaline and Butyl xanthate+Z-200 as collector to flotate the copper, has achieved a better flotation effect. Flotation tailings magnetic separation recycling iron, the effect is not obvious.
