摘要
某公司铜火法熔炼系统产生的铜熔炼渣,可采用加压全浸工艺处理。根据条件试验结果,该渣加压全浸最佳条件为:液固比6:1、酸度180e,/L、温度165—170℃、时间4h、压力1.0MPa,在此最优浸出条件下cu的浸出率为99.04%,Ni浸出率比为37.79%。
The copper smelting slag produced by the copper smelting system of a company can be treated by the pressure total leaching. According to the test results, The optimum leaching condition were: liquid-solid ratio of 6:1, acid content of 180 g/L, leac- hing temperature of 165 - 170℃, reaction with oxygen for 4h, pressure of 1.0MPa, In the optimum condition the leaching ratio of copper and nickel was 99. 04% and 37. 79%.
