摘要
基于对培养住院医师临床思维教学方法的探索,构建以症状(Symptom)、案例(Case)、问题(Problem)、多学科诊疗(Multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)、临床路径(Clinical Pathway)、思维导图(Mind Map)为框架的SCPMCM教学模式。SCPMCM教学模式契合培养医学硕士专业学位研究生临床思维能力的教学改革方向,针对目前临床教学中的不足,符合住院医师学习认知模式及社会应用型人才培养需求趋势,强调以症状为根本,以住院医师为主体,以问题为导向,以循证医学为理念的持续改进模式,以满足住院医师未来职业规划和行业需求。住院医师规范化培训中运用SCPMCM教学模式,使教学模块、特点、实施、方法、评价和阶段内容清晰,利于理论知识与临床实践融合,培养住院医师临床思维体系,解决了目前临床教学问题,提高了双师型指导医师教学质量,符合当前并轨培养的教学改革要求,完善临床实用型人才的培养体系。
Based on the exploration of the current teaching methods in standardized residency training for cultivating residents'clinical thinking,the SCPMCM teaching model was constructed,which is composed of symptom,case,problem,MDT(multidisciplinary treatment),clinical pathway and mind map.The SCPMCM teaching mode is based on the direction of teaching reform in training the clinical thinking ability of clinical medical postgraduates,aiming at the deficiencies in current clinical teaching,conforming to the cognitive model of residents and the trend of training social application-oriented talents.It emphasizes evidence-based medicine,adopts the symptom-based strategy,takes the residents as the center,is problem oriented,and meets the future career planning and profession demand of the trained physicians.The application of SCPMCM teaching mode in residentcy training has made the teaching modules,characteristics,implementation,methods,evaluation,and stage content clear,which is conducive to the integration of theoretical knowledge with clinical practice,cultivating a clinical thinking system for graduate students,solving current clinical teaching problems,improving the teaching quality of dual teacher guidance physicians,meeting the current requirements of teaching reform for integrated training,and improving the training system for clinical practical talents.
