摘要
目的评价中药直肠滴入联合温针灸治疗肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜不孕症的效果。方法选取232例肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者,依据双色球法将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组116例。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组采用中药直肠滴入联合温针灸治疗。比较两组患者子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉指标及中医证候评分。结果治疗组治疗后子宫内膜厚度(9.53±1.71)mm明显厚于对照组的(7.92±1.64)mm(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后子宫动脉搏动指数、子宫动脉阻力指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药直肠滴入联合温针灸治疗有助于改善肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者子宫动脉指标及子宫内膜厚度,缓解临床症状,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of rectal drip of traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on thin endometrial infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods 232 patients with thin endometrial infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were divided into treatment group and control group according to two-color sphere method,with 116 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with rectal drops of traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture.Endometrial thickness,uterine artery index and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the treatment group(9.53±1.71)mm was significantly thicker than that in the control group(7.92±1.64)mm(P<0.05).The uterine artery pulse index and uterine artery resistance index in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rectal drops of traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can improve uterine artery index and endometrial thickness of patients with thin endometrial infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,alleviate clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
