摘要
患者进行试管前的身体状态,如多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)会导致卵巢功能下降、卵泡发育不佳、焦虑、抑郁等病理状态会直接降低辅助生殖技术(ART)的成功率。许多患者在进行试管前会选择调理身体,中医在调理身体状态方面有显著的优势和特色,为患者解决问题。本文介绍针药结合调理PCOS患者试管前状态,以调冲任、补肾疏肝、促进卵泡发育和排卵,改善患者身体状态。
The physical state of patients before the test tube,such as the pathological state of decreased ovarian function,poor follicle development,anxiety and depression caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),will directly reduce the success rate of assisted reproductive technology(ART).Many patients will choose to condition the body before the test tube,and traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages and characteristics in regulating the body state to solve problems for patients.This paper introduces the combination of acupuncture and medicine to regulate the pre-test tube state of PCOS patients,in order to regulate the kidney and liver,promote follicle development and ovulation,and improve the physical state of patients.
