摘要
目的:分析临床路径护理在甲状腺肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月—2022年2月济南市莱芜区苗山中心卫生院收治的132例甲状腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各66例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床路径护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。护理后,两组视觉模拟疼痛评分法评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组健康知识评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,护理满意评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组躯体功能、社会功能、精神状态、情感职能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径护理在甲状腺肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量及生活质量,提高健康认知水平及满意度,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of clinical pathway nursing in the nursing of patients with thyroid tumor.Methods:A total of 132 thyroid tumor patients admitted to Jinan City Laiwu District Miaoshan Central Health Center from October 2018 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 66 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented clinical pathway nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).After nursing,the scores of visual analogue scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of health knowledge in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the hospitalization cost in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of physical function,social function,mental state and emotional function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical pathway nursing in the nursing of patients with thyroid tumor has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of complications,relieve pain,i
