不同养生方式下的水稳材料关键力学性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据久马高速公路的情况,选取了PE薄膜密封养护、养护土工布覆盖滴灌节水保湿养护、可降解保湿膜养护三种常见养生方式,并辅以室内外养生作为环境条件。其中水稳材料的关键力学性能指标为无限制抗压强度、劈裂强度和回弹模量,按照要求进行检测和比较研究。结果显示,在核心技术指标即7 d力学性能试验中,PE薄膜和可降解保湿膜效果均表现优异,劈裂强度相差无几,相对而言土工布的方式的效果较差,在长期关键力学性能增长的过程中,可降解保湿膜效果均表现更为突出。说明可降解可降解保湿养生膜具有积极意义,一定程度上提升了水泥稳定碎石劈裂强度,同时这类塑膜还保持了可降解的特性,具备了较好环保特性,因此在有条件的情况下,环境脆弱或少水地区推荐采用可降解可降解保湿养生膜养生。 Based on the situation of the Jiuma Expressway,three common curing methods of PE film sealing maintenance,geotextile covered drip irrigation water-saving moisturizing maintenance and degradable moisturizing film maintenance,and supplemented by indoor and outdoor curing as environmental conditions.The key mechanical performance indicators of water stable materials are unrestricted compressive strength,splitting strength,and rebound modulus,which are tested,compared and studied according to requirements.The results show that in the core technical indicators,namely the 7-day mechanical performance test,PE film and degradable moisturizing film all show the excellent effects.The splitting strength is almost the same.Relatively speaking,the effect of geotextile method is poor.The degradable moisture retention film shows more outstanding effect during the long-term growth of key mechanical properties.The result explains that the degradable moisturizing curing film has a positive significance and improves the splitting strength of cement stabilized crushed stone to some extent.At the same time,this type of plastic film also maintains its degradable characteristics and has good environmental protection characteristics.Therefore,under the qualified conditions,it is recommended to use the degradable water-saving moisturizing curing film for the maintenance in the areas with fragile or little water environment.
