配筋与养护方式对MgO膨胀混凝土膨胀效应的影响

摘要 针对MgO膨胀混凝土膨胀效应如何调控这一问题,研究了配筋率、钢筋应力和养护方式对MgO膨胀混凝土限制膨胀率的经时影响,分析了MgO膨胀混凝土的补偿收缩特性,提出了MgO膨胀剂混凝土的调控措施。结果表明:随着配筋率增大,MgO膨胀混凝土的限制膨胀率和限制膨胀率增长速率均呈现下降的趋势;配筋率超过1.54%时,配筋率会对MgO膨胀混凝土的膨胀效应产生明显的抑制作用;钢筋拉应力小于20%时,钢筋应力对MgO膨胀混凝土膨胀效应的影响并不明显;高分子膜覆盖养护在前期能有效促进MgO混凝土膨胀效应的发挥,但在后期对MgO混凝土的膨胀促进作用要小于标准养护方式。 In view of how to regulate the expansion effect of MgO expansive concrete,the time-dependant effects of reinforcement ratio,reinforcement stress and curing method on the limited expansion rate of MgO expansive concrete were studied,the shrinkage compensation characteristics of MgO expansive concrete were analyzed,and the regulation measures of MgO expansive concrete were put forward.The results show that with the increase of reinforcement ratio,the limiting expansion rate and the limiting expansion rate growth rate of MgO expansive concrete show a downward trend.When the reinforcement ratio exceeds 1.54%,it would significantly inhibit the expansion effect of MgO expansive concrete.When the tensile stress of reinforcement is less than 20%,the influence of reinforcement stress on the expansion effect of MgO expansive concrete is not obvious.Polymer film covering curing can effectively promote the expansion effect of MgO concrete in the early stage,but the expansion promoting effect in the later stage is lower than the standard curing method.
