摘要
目的观察病例教学法对医学检验技术专业实习教学质量提升的效果。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月期间五莲县疾病预防控制中心检验科的50名医学检验技术专业实习生为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为常规组25名(采用传统教学法教学)和研究组25名(采用病例教学法教学)。比较两组实习生的学习成绩、教学满意度以及教学质量等指标。结果研究组实习生的学习成绩高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规组(80.00%)相比,研究组实习生对教学的满意度(100.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.556,P<0.05)。研究组实习生的教学质量评分较常规组的高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医学检验技术专业实习生实施病例教学法教学,教学效果十分显著。
Objective To observe the effect of case teaching method in improving the quality of internship teaching in medical laboratory technology major.Methods Fifty medical laboratory technology interns from the Laboratory Department of Wulian County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a conventional group of 25(taught using traditional teaching methods)and a research group of 25(taught using case teaching methods)using a random number table method.The indicators of learning achievement,teaching satisfaction,and teaching quality of two groups of interns were compared.Results The learning performance of the research group interns was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group(80.00%),the satisfaction level with teaching of interns(100.00%)in the research group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.556,P<0.05).The teaching quality score of the research group interns were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of case teaching method teaching for medical laboratory technology major interns has a very significant teaching effect.
