摘要
近年来,案例教学法(Case-based Teaching)在我国已逐步应用于基础与临床医学教育。但在实际应用过程中仍存在概念不清晰、模式不统一等问题。本文在回顾与分析国内外文献的基础上,阐释了案例教学法在医学教育中的基本概念与模式及其特征,并进一步提出与论述了实施案例教学法实施过程中的基本要求。旨在厘清概念、规范模式,以期进一步推动案例教学法在我国医学教育中的广泛开展与深入发展。
Case-based teaching method has gradually been applied to basic and clinical medical education in recent years in our country. There are some problems, such as misleading concepts, lack of unified patterns, in its application. The intent of the current paper is to interpret the basic concepts and patterns and characteristics of case-based teaching method when applied to medical education on the basis of literature review, and then further present and discuss the fundamental requirement of its application. The goal is to clarify concept, standardize patterns and push for extensive application and indepth development of case-based teaching method in medical education.
