摘要
目的:分析依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液治疗脑出血的临床效果及对神经细胞因子与炎性反应递质的影响.方法:选取2021年8月—2023年6月单县中心医院收治的脑出血患者80例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合醒脑静注射液治疗.比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后神经细胞因子水平[神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经胶质细胞原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)]与炎性反应递质[降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)].结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,两组NSE、GFAP水平均降低,BDNF水平均升高,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PCT、CRP、IL-6水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液治疗脑出血的临床效果显著,有助于改善神经细胞因子水平,减轻体内炎性反应,值得临床推广.
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Edaravone combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on neurocytokines and inflammatory response transmitters.Methods:A total of eighty patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in Shanxian County Central Hospital from August 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with Edaravone,and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,neurocytokine levels[neuron-specific enolase(NSE),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),glial fibrillar acid protein(GFAP)]and inflammatory response transmitters[procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);after treatment,the levels of NSE and GFAP were decreased,while the levels of BDNF were increased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of PCT,CRP and IL-6 in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with Xingnaojing injection has significant clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,which can help to improve the level of neuro cytokines and reduce the inflammatory response in vivo,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
