摘要
目的探究高压氧配合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑出血恢复期患者的效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月兰陵县人民医院收治的62例急性脑出血恢复期患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。两组均给予患者降压、降糖、控制颅内压、静脉补液、抗感染等常规治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予依达拉奉注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以高压氧治疗。对比两组脑水肿面积、神经功能缺损程度、血清炎症指标、脑血管功能和氧化应激产物。结果治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(15.34±3.55)分,低于对照组的(21.63±4.51)分,脑水肿面积为(12.01±1.66)cm^(2),小于对照组的(15.86±2.42)cm^(2),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β和C反应蛋白、丙二醛水平均低于对照组,脑血管平均流速、平均流量、超氧化物歧化酶水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧配合依达拉奉注射液治疗治疗急性脑出血恢复期患者可以有效减少脑水肿面积和神经功能损伤,改善血清炎症指标和脑血管功能,值得推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in the recovery period.Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage during the recovery period admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 31 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with routine treatments such as blood pressure reduction,hypoglycemia,intracranial pressure control,intravenous fluid replacement,and anti infection.The control group was given edaravone injection on the basis of routine treatment,while the observation group received hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the area of brain edema,degree of neurological impairment,serum inflammatory indicators,cerebrovascular function,and oxidative stress products between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the observation group was(15.34±3.55)points,lower than(21.63±4.51)points in the control group,and the cerebral edema area was(12.01±1.66)cm^(2),lower than(15.86±2.42)cm^(2) in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis fact-α,interleukin-1β,C-reactive protein and malondialdehyde were lower than those of control group,and the average cerebrovascular velocity,average flow and superoxide dismutase levels were higher than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of hyperbaric oxygen and edaravone injection can effectively reduce the area of cerebral edema and neurological damage in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage during the recovery period,improve serum inflammatory indicators and cerebrovascular function,and is worth promoting.
