摘要
通识教育选修课是学校人才培养体系的重要组成部分,是培养“全面发展的人”的重要方式。“食品营养学”是一门兼具理论性与实践性的学科,作为通识课程旨在培养不同专业本科生的饮食文化素养和健康意识。探讨了案例教学、POPBL教学和数字化教学在“食品营养学”通识课中的应用,为引导学生关注食品营养,激发学生创新意识,实现高素质、综合型人才的培养提供方向,为提升“新工科”背景下通识教育课程教学质量提供借鉴。
The elective course of general education was an important part of the school's talent training system,and it is an important way to cultivate the all-round development people.Food Nutrition is a theoretical and practical subject.As a general education course,it aims to cultivate the dietary cultural literacy and health awareness of undergraduates.In this study,three models of teaching including case-based learning teaching,problem-oriented and project-based learning(POPBL)teaching and digital teaching were explored and applied in the general course of Food Nutrition,which provided the direction for guiding undergraduates to pay attention to food nutrition,stimulating undergraduates'innovative consciousness,and realizing the cultivation of high-quality and comprehensive talents,and provided reference for improving the teaching quality of general education courses under the background of“New Engineering”.
