摘要
“自治”作为20世纪初期的时髦词汇,在教育领域突出表现为学生自治。中华职业学校的职业市与普通中小学校的学校市一样,均为学生自治的团体组织形式。在以黄炎培为核心的中华职业教育社成员的积极谋划下,中华职业学校作为中华职业教育社的附属学校,自创立起便紧跟学生自治的浪潮。职业市的制度设计、组织架构及运行过程充分体现了“学校在场”,教师指导的身影时刻出现在学生日常生活、教学和管理中。作为职业学校学生自治组织的一种尝试,职业市的探索体现出中华职业教育社核心人物对于学生自治问题的深入思考。
As a fashionable term in the early 20th century,autonomy was mainly expressed as student autonomy in the field of education.The vocational city of Zhonghua Vocational School,like the school city in ordinary primary and secondary schools,was an organizational form of student autonomy.Under the planning of China Vocational Education Association with Huang Yanpei as the core,Zhonghua Vocational School has closely followed the trend of student autonomy since its establishment as the affiliated school of the association.Institutional design,organizational structure and actual operation of the city fully reflected school presence,with the guidance of teachers appearing in student's daily life,teaching and management.As an attempt of student autonomy in vocational schools,the exploration reflected the deep thinking on the issue of student autonomy by the core figures of China Vocational Education Association.
