摘要
新质生产力是随着技术革命性突破而形成的产业升级的新型生产力,为乡村振兴提供了全新的动力和可能性。新质生产力通过技术进步推动智慧农业发展,效率提升助推数字乡村建设,模式转变助力乡村绿色低碳,赋能乡村振兴。然而,发展中仍存在基础设施滞后、人才短缺、技术研发与成果转换困难等挑战。基于此,本文提出,加强政策支持、增进技术创新、完善基础设施建设、强化人才培养与引进等建议。
The new-quality productivity is the new productivity of industrial upgrading formed with the revolu-tionary breakthrough of technology,which provides a new power and possibility for rural revitalization.It promotes the development of smart agriculture through technological progress,promotes the construction of digital countryside through efficiency improvement,helps the countryside green and low-carbon,and enables rural revitalization.However,there are still challenges in the development of infrastructure,talent shortage,technology research and development and difficulties in transferring results.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening policy support,promoting technological innovation,improving infrastructure construction,and strengthening personnel training and introduction.
