摘要
目的探讨针对性盆底康复护理对产后盆底肌功能障碍的治疗效果及依从性影响。方法选取本院58例产后盆底肌功能障碍产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各29例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受针对性盆底康复护理,比较两组的并发症、盆底肌恢复、治疗依从性等。结果观察组并发症发生率为6.90%,低于对照组的27.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组I类肌纤维收缩持续时间长于对照组,Ⅱ类肌纤维收缩个数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组依从性量表评分高于对照组,泌尿生殖障碍评分量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予产后盆底功能障碍产妇针对性盆底康复护理,能够改善病情,降低并发症发生率,提高依从性。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and compliance impact of targeted pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.Methods 58 postpartum women with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received targeted pelvic floor rehabilitation care.The complications,pelvic floor muscle recovery,and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.90%,lower than the control group's 27.59%(P<0.05);After nursing,the duration of class I muscle fiber contraction in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the number of class II muscle fiber contractions was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the compliance scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of the urinary and reproductive disorders scale was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing for postpartum women with pelvic floor dysfunction can improve the condition,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve compliance.
