Objective To analyze the effect of self-efficacy nursing in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 66 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into 33 cases in each group according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given self-efficacy nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HBAlc in 2 groups were lower than before nursing, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of correct medication, diet control, reasonable exercise and blood glucose monitoring in both groups were higher than before nursing, and the scores in all aspects of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the observation group was 12.12%lower than 33.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy nursing can significantly improve the blood glucose control effect of gestational diabetes mellitus patients, enhance their self-efficacy and self-management ability, and improve maternal and infant delivery outcomes, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
