摘要
科技进步和产业结构的深度调整驱动职业教育教学改革的力度持续加大。企业越来越重视人才的综合素养,毕业生能否实现有效就业,以及高质量就业很大程度上取决于其综合职业素养。当前,需就业人员综合素质与工作岗位需求匹配度不高已成为常态化现象。针对职业院校学生职业素养中存在的问题,以及产业变革和用人单位不断升级的用人需求,职业院校商贸专业办学,应秉承“以生为本”的育人原则,明确培养目标,健全培养体系,强化师资素质保障,创新以赛促学模式,有效开展实习实训,构建素养与技能融合达成的职业培养教育体系,为新商科职业人才培养注入活力。
Whether the graduates of business and trade majors in vocational colleges can achieve effective employment and high-quality employment largely depends on their comprehensive professional qualities.At present,the low matching between the comprehensive quality of employees and the job requirements has become a normalized phenomenon.In response to the problems existing in the professional qualities of vocational college students,as well as the constantly upgrading employment needs of industrial transformation and employers,vocational colleges should adhere to the principle of“student-centered”education,clarify training objectives,improve the training system,strengthen the guarantee of teacher quality,innovate the model of promoting learning through competition,effectively carry out internships and practical training,build a vocational training education system that integrates literacy and skills,and inject vitality into the cultivation of new business vocational talents.
