摘要
集成电路技术作为信息科技的核心,不仅是经济发展的基石,更关乎国家安全和战略竞争地位.国家自然科学基金委支持我国集成电路领域基础研究,逐渐形成了多层次科学基金资助体系.本文分析了近十年(2014—2023)“集成电路设计”(F0402)与“集成电路器件、制造与封装”(F0406)代码下各类型项目的研究方向、资助项目数量、经费等情况,旨在通过对历年资助项目研究方向的分析,了解我国集成电路研究的热点及研究特点,探讨集成电路研究领域未来研究发展趋势,为科研院所、高校及企事业单位了解该领域的研究热点、未来发展方向及路径提供借鉴.
As the core of information technology,integrated circuit technology is not only the cornerstone of econom⁃ic development,but also related to national security and strategic competitive position.The National Natural Science Foun⁃dation of China has supported China’s foundation research in the field of integrated circuits,gradually forming a multi-level science foundation funding system.This article analyzes the research directions,funding project quantities,and funding conditions of various types of projects under the codes of“integrated circuit design”(F0402)and“integrated circuit devices,manufacturing and packaging”(F0406)in the past decade(2014—2023).Through the analysis of the research directions of funded projects over the years,we can understand the changes in research hot topics in China’s integrated circuit field.The purpose of this article is to explore the funding characteristics of the integrated circuit field in recent years,and to provide a reference for researchers in domestic research institutes,enterprises and institutions to understand the research hot topics,fu⁃ture development directions and paths in this field.
