摘要
针对目前后处理废树脂界面接触式测量方法的故障率高、后期检修维护困难等问题,设计了基于相位式激光测距的废树脂界面测量仪表,并针对测量原理、硬件设计、软件开发、性能测试开展研究。本设计采用光纤分体式结构实现辐射区域与安全区域隔离,利用非接触式激光测距方法保证系统稳定可靠,同时根据测量工况设计了相应的软件算法。系统测试结果表明,在0~6 m的测量范围内实现了±10 mm的液位测量精度以及±25 mm的树脂界面位置测量精度。由此分析可知,设计的系统在废树脂贮槽内的双界面测量中检测精度较高,为后处理厂废树脂界面检测提供了一种有效的手段,具有一定的应用价值。
Aiming at the problems such as high failure rate and difficult maintenance,the spent resin interface measuring instrument based on phase laser ranging was designed,and the measuring principle,hardware design,software development and performance testing were studied.The study encompassed the measurement principle,hardware design,software development,and performance testing.In this design,the optical fiber split structure is utilized to achieve radiation isolation and create a safety zone.The non-contact laser ranging method is employed to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.A corresponding software algorithm is designed based on the measurement conditions.The system test results demonstrate an accuracy of±10 mm in level measurement and±25 mm in resin interface position measurement within the measuring range of 0~6 m.Analysis reveals that the designed system exhibits high detection accuracy in dual-interface measurement for spent resin storage tanks.This provides an effective means for interface detection of spent resin in reprocessing plants,contributing significant application value.
