后处理厂高效过滤器现场性能评价方法思考

摘要 针对后处理厂工艺气体气溶胶净化单元无法进行定期性能检测的问题,根据后处理厂特殊气氛条件,对比了气溶胶净化单元性能评价的5种方法:钠焰法、油雾法、DOP法、荧光素钠法、最易穿透粒径法,优选出了三种可能用于后处理厂气溶胶过滤单元的定期现场效率试验方法,并从示踪剂的发生、注入、采样、测量四方面对该方法的实施提出改进意见,为乏燃料后处理厂高效过滤器运行后的定期效率检测提供理论指导意见。 Aiming at the problem that the process gas aerosol purification unit of the spent-fuel reprocessing plant cannot be used for regular performance testing,the performance evaluation methods of the aerosol purification unit were compared according to the special atmosphere conditions of the spent-fuel reprocessing plant,including sodium flame method,oil mist method,DOP method,sodium fluorescein method,and the most easily penetrating particle size method.Three methods for regular on-site efficiency testing of aerosol filtration units in reprocessing plants were selected from these methods.And from the four aspects of generation,injection,sampling,and measurement,suggestions for improvement were put forward for these methods,which was provided theoretical guidance for the regular efficiency testing of after the operation of the high-efficiency filter in the spent-fuel reprocessing plant.
