摘要
职业教育是助力乡村振兴的重要力量。乡村振兴是社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的基础。随着城镇化进程加快,中国现代化最艰巨最繁重的任务依然在农村,农村发展面临着许多机遇和挑战,实现乡村全面振兴,道阻且长。针对乡村对职业教育在人才培养、产业发展、生态建设以及文化振兴等方面的需求进行探讨,充分挖掘乡村人才缺失、产业发展缓慢以及重塑生态文化的内在因素。职业教育着力完善教育培训体系、发挥自身教育体系优势以及弘扬优秀乡土文化,以期丰富人才培养机制,促进乡村产业多元发展、乡村生态文化建设,从而达到助力乡村振兴的最终目的。
Vocational education is an important force in promoting rural revitalization.Rural revitalization is an important component of socialist modernization construction and the foundation for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.With the acceleration of urbanization,the most arduous task of modernization in China still lies in rural areas.Rural development faces many opportunities and challenges,and achieving comprehensive revitalization of villages and villages is a long way to go.Needs of vocational education in rural areas in terms of talent cultivation,industrial development,ecological construction,and cultural revitalization were explored so as to find the inherent reasons of talent shortage,slow industrial development,and ways to reshape ecological culture in rural areas.Focuses of vocational education on improving the education and training system,leveraging its own educational system advantages,and promoting excellent local culture may enrich the talent cultivation mechanism,promote the diversified development of rural industries and the construction of rural ecological culture so as to achieve the ultimate goal of assisting rural revitalization.
