摘要
通过整理金元时期以前具有“补中益气”功效的药物,并与《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版对比,发现“补中益气”的概念发生了变化,由广义的补虚变为补益脾胃之气,此变化的节点正是补中益气汤的创立。进一步研究李东垣创立补中益气汤的本意及现代方证研究,发现古今对补中益气汤的应用亦存在差异,这种差异亦是基于对于“补中益气”的不同理解。以上现象正是中医理论存在“不可通约性”的证据,提示应结合不同语境诠释概念,而非望文生义,以正确理解并应用中医理论及方药。
This paper sorted out the drugs that had the effect of Buzhong Yiqi before the Jin and Yuan dynasties,and compared with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition),found that the concept had changed from broad sense of deficiency supplementation to strengthening the qi of spleen and stomach.The turning point was the creation of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Then,by studying the original intention of LI Dongyuan's founding of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and the studies on the correspondence of prescription and syndrome of the formula,it is found that there are differences in the application between ancient and modern times,which is also based on the different understanding of Buzhong Yiqi'.This phenomenon is the evidence that'incommensurability exists within TCM theory.Therefore,in order to correctly understand and apply TCM theory,herbs and prescriptions,it is suggested to interpret concepts according to their different contexts,rather than relying on literal meanings.
