摘要
毒性中药在治疗不同疾病时起着非常重要的作用,但因其自身存在一定的毒性,对临床应用造成了一定限制。近年来,人们在毒性中药的合理及安全应用等方面的研究越来越多,许多在古代文献中记载为无毒的中药因其所含的毒性成分而在当今备受争论。文章通过对《神农本草经》《本草经集注》《新修本草》《本草纲目》、2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》等历代本草典籍中的毒性中药进行统计,分析其分级变化原因及特点,以增强人们对毒性中药的认识,也为临床更加安全合理的使用毒性中药提供依据。
Toxic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays a very important role in the treatment of different diseases,but its toxicity limits its clinical application.In recent years,more and more studies have been conducted on the rational and safe application of toxic Chinese medicines.Many Chinese medicines that were recorded as non-toxic in ancient literature are now being debated because of their toxic components.In this paper,statistics were made on the toxic traditional Chinese medicines in historical materia medica books,such as Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica,Variorum of Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica,Compendium of Materia Medica,2020 Edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China.This paper analyzes the reasons and characteristics of the classification changes,in order to enhance people’s understanding of toxic traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide basis for clinical use of toxic traditional Chinese medicine more safely and reasonably.
