摘要
目的对钦州市中心血站参加国家卫生健康委(以下简称卫健委)临床检验中心室间质评结果进行回顾性总结分析,进一步提高血站实验室检测能力和质量管理水平。方法对2019—2023年参加卫健委临检中心组织的血型检测(ABO正反定型、Rh(D)血型)、血清学检测(HBsAg、HCV、HIV、抗TP、ALT)、血液筛查核酸检测(HBV-DNA、HCV-RNA、HIV-RNA)的质评结果进行回顾性分析。结果2019—2023年实验室每年参加11个项目的室间质评活动,其中血型检测项目分别完成45个质评样本检测,除2019年总符合率95%以外,其他年份总符合率均为100.00%;血清学检测项目分别完成75个质评样本检测,除2022年总符合率97%以外,其他年份总符合率均为100.00%;血液筛查核酸检测项目分别完成100个质评样本检测,符合率均为100.00%;对比卫健委临检中心反馈数据,提示本实验室检测过程可能存在影响检测结果的潜在风险因素。结论长期参加室间质评可监控实验室质量管理体系是否正常运行,有助于发现实验室存在的问题,及时采取纠正措施,持续改进,不断提高检验检测能力,保障临床用血安全。
Objective To retrospectively summarize and analyze the results of the inter laboratory quality assessment which Qinzhou Central Blood Station participated in and organized by clinical laboratory center of National Health Commission(hereinafter referred to as the Commission),and further improve the laboratory testing ability and quality management level of the blood station.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the quality evaluation results of blood type testing(ABO positive and negative typing,Rh(D)blood type),serological testing(HBsAg,HCV,HIV,anti TP,ALT),and blood screening nucleic acid testing(HBV-DNA,HCV-RNA,HIV-RNA)organized by the clinical examination center of the National Health Commission from 2019 to 2023.Results From 2019 to 2023,the laboratory participated in inter laboratory quality evaluation activities of 11 projects each year.Among them,45 quality assessment samples were tested for blood type testing projects.Except for a total compliance rate of 95%in 2019,the total compliance rate for other years were 100.00%.The serological testing project completed 75 quality evaluation samples,with a total compliance rate of 100.00%in all other years except for the 2022(total compliance rate of 97%).100 quality evaluation samples was completed in the blood screening nucleic acid testing,with all the compliance rate of 100.00%.Compared with the feedback data from the clinical testing center of the National Health Commission,it was suggested that there might be potential risk factors that affected the testing results during the testing process in our laboratory.Conclusions Long term participate in inter room quality assessment can monitor the normal operation of the laboratory quality management system,help identify problems in the laboratory,take corrective measures in a timely manner,continuously improve,continuously enhance testing and testing capabilities,and ensure clinical blood safety.
