摘要
目的对宁夏医科大学总医院心脑血管病医院的内分泌室间质量评价结果进行总结分析,发现可能存在的误差,进一步提高检测水平,促进质量改进。方法采用卫生部临床检验中心发放的内分泌室间质量评价样本进行检测,对其中的卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(TSTO)、雌二醇(e E2)、催乳素(PRL)、孕酮(PRGE)、皮质醇(COR)、C-肽(Cp S)、胰岛素(IRI)项目的反馈结果进行统计分析。结果在对30份质量评价样本、270项检测的测试结果分析显示,符合NCCL标准的检测266项,合格率达98.5%。其中PRGE合格率最低,且室内质量控制的变异系数较大。结论参加NCCL室间质量评价并对结果进行回顾性总结,有助于实现对检测结果正确性的持续性监测,达到提高工作人员素质,推动科室全面质量控制的目的,更好地为临床诊疗服务。
Objective To conclude and analyze the external quality assessment（EQA） results of endocrine departments in Hos- pital of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases, General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, so as to find the potential error, improve the detection and promote the detection quality. Methods The quality assessment was conducted according to the endocrine EQA sample issued by the Clinical Test Center, Ministry of Health. And the feedback results of FSH, LH, TSTO, eE2, PRL, PRGE, COR, CpS and IRI were statistically analyzed. Results The analysis of test results in 30 samples and 270 projects showed that 266 projects met the NCCL standard, with the passing rate of 98.5%. Among them, the qualified rate of PRGE was the lowest, and the variation coefficient of EQA was relatively large. Conclusion Participating NCCL EQA and the retrospective analysis contribute to discovering deficiencies and improving appropriately, to improve the quality of staff, and to promote the comprehensive quality control of the department, as well as to better serve the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
