摘要
目的:活血通络方联合前列地尔治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的效果。方法:选择本院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的80例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组应用前列地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助通脉活血方治疗,每组40例。比较两组治疗效果、患肢踝肱指数(ABI)、股浅动脉血管内径、峰值流速、中医症状评分、相关因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,同时疼痛、麻木、冷感、间歇性跛行、溃疡面积及深度积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后ABI、血管内径高于对照组,峰值流速低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP、UA水平低于对照组,UAT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔用药联合活血通络方治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的效果确切,可调节相关因子水平,改善患者临床症状,缓解患肢缺血情况。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Huoxue Tongluo recipes combined with alprostadil in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprostadil,and the observation group was treated with Tongmai Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,ankle brachial index(ABI),superficial femoral artery diameter,peak flow velocity,TCM symptom score and related factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of pain,numbness,cold sensation,intermittent claudication,ulcer area and depth were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ABI and vascular diameter in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and peak flow rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and UA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of UAT was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alprostadil combined with Huoxue Tongluo recipe is effective in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,which can regulate the level of related factors,improve the clinical symptoms of patients and alleviate the ischemia of affected limbs.
