沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗喘息性肺炎患儿的临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical Study on Salbutamol Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Children with Asthmatic Pneumonia

摘要 目的探讨沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗喘息性肺炎(AP)患儿的临床效果及对其血清INF-γ、IL-4、IL-10水平的影响。方法将116例AP患儿随机分为联合组和对照组各58例。对照组采用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,联合组采用沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,均持续治疗7 d。比较两组的临床疗效,血清INF-γ、IL-4、IL-10水平及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的79.31%(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,联合组血清INF-γ水平高于对照组,IL-10、IL-4水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗期间的不良反应发生率为8.62%,与对照组的3.45%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗AP患儿,可明显提升临床疗效,改善患儿的血清INF-γ、IL-4、IL-10水平,且安全可靠。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of salbutamol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia(AP)and the impact on the serum INF-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 levels.Methods 116 AP children were selected and randomly divided into combined group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salbutamol aerosol inhalation,and the combined group was treated with salbutamol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,the serum INF-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 93.10%,higher than 79.31% in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the serum INF-γlevel of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the IL-10 and IL-4 levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the combined group was 8.62%,which had no statistical difference with 3.45%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Salbutamol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of AP children can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the serum INF-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 levels of children,and is safe and reliable.
