摘要
以柠檬酸为碳源、尿素为氮源、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为反应溶剂,采用溶剂热合成法制备了N掺杂荧光碳量子点(CDs),并利用红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、紫外可见分光光度计、荧光光谱仪、荧光显微镜以及透射电子显微镜对产物进行表征,探究了反应温度及反应时间对荧光碳量子点的影响。结果表明,在反应温度140℃下反应10 h可以得到分布均匀、尺寸均一、粒径大约7 nm左右的球形CDs颗粒,CDs表面含有羧基、氨基、羟基等基团。所得CDs荧光强度较强,有浓度淬灭效应。在紫外光、蓝光、绿光照射下分别发出蓝色荧光、蓝绿色荧光、红色荧光。
In this paper,N-doped fluorescent carbon quantum dots(CDs)were prepared by solvothermal synthesis using citric acid as carbon source,urea as nitrogen source,and N,n-dimethylformamide as reaction solvent.The products were characterized by infrared spectrometer,X-ray photoelectron spectrometer,UV-visible spectrophotometer,fluorescence spectrometer,fluorescence microscope and transmission electron microscope.The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on fluorescent carbon quantum dots were investigated.The results show that spherical CDs particles with uniform distribution,uniform size and particle size of about 7 nm can be obtained at the reaction temperature of 140℃for 10 h,and the surface of CDs contains carboxyl,amino and hydroxyl groups.The obtained CDs has strong fluorescence intensity and concentration quenching effect.Under ultraviolet light,blue light and green light,it emits blue fluorescence,blue green fluorescence and red fluorescence respectively.
