摘要
用黑枸杞作为碳源,通过水热法制备了荧光碳点(M-CDs),制备过程简单,无需繁琐步骤。考察了共存离子、过氧化氢对荧光碳点荧光强度的影响,同时从盐离子浓度和反应时间等方面讨论了光稳定性。结果表明,水热反应温度为200℃、反应时间为6h、溶液pH=6.86时,制备的荧光碳点荧光产率较高且具有较好的光稳定性。F^(3+)对荧光碳点的荧光有明显的猝灭作用,根据这一特点建立了一种检测Fe^(3+)的方法。实验表明,在10~150μmol/L线性范围内,Fe^(3+)浓度与荧光碳点的荧光猝灭率呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.8μmol/L。
Using lycium ruthenicum as carbon source fluorescent carbon dots(M-CDs)was prepared by hydrothermal method.The preparation process was simple without complicated steps.The effects of co-existing ions and H2O2 on the properties of M-CDs were investigated.Meanwhile,the optical stability was discussed from the aspects of salt ion concentration and time.The results showed that the preparation of M-CDs with hydrothermal reaction which had temperature of 200℃,reaction time of 6 hand solution pH of 6.86 had higher fluorescence yield and better opticl stability.Further studies showed that Fe^(3+)had a significant quenching effect on the fluorescence intensity of M-CDs synthesized by the above methods,and a new methods for detecting Fe^(3+)was established based on this characteristic.Experiments showed that Fe^(3+)concentration in range of 10~150μmol/L had a good linear relationship with the fluorescence quenching degree of M-CDs,and the decetion limit was 3.8μmol/L.
