摘要
目的探讨影响医疗复杂儿童再入院的居家护理因素。方法采用目的抽样法,抽取2020年07月—12月于我院就诊的再入院医疗复杂儿童。通过半结构访谈收集数据,根据Colaizzi7步分析法对资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果影响医疗复杂儿童出院后再入院的因素归纳为4个,分别是:照顾者疾病应对能力不足,患儿主观配合性差,家庭功能支持不足,社会支持缺乏。结论医疗复杂儿童再入院的居家护理影响因素来自照顾者、患儿自身及社会支持等方面,在患儿治疗中医护人员应该采取个性化措施给予干预以提高患儿居家照护效果。
Objective To explore the home-based care factors affecting the readmission of medically complex children.Methods The children who were admitted to our hospital from July to December 2020.Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and data were analyzed according to colaizzi7 step analysis to refine topics.Results The factors affecting the return to hospital were summarized into four factors:insufficient disease response ability,poor subjective coordination,insufficient family function support and lack of social support.Conclusions The influencing factors of home care for readmission of medical complex children come from caregivers,children themselves and social support.In child treatment,medical staff should take personalized measures to improve the effect of child home care.
