摘要
通过Meta分析的方法综合分析我国护士心理资本与离职意愿之间关系,旨在从提升心理资本的角度降低我国护士离职意愿,稳定护理职业队伍。对PubMed、Web of science、Embase、ProQuest、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库等中英文数据库进行检索,检索时限截至2023年7月,查阅有关我国护士心理资本与离职意愿的相关性的文献,进行合并分析。共纳入文献12篇,文献总体质量中等,总样本量5 065例。Meta分析结果显示,护士心理资本与离职意愿呈中等负相关,差异有统计学意义[r=-0.48,95%CI(-0.51,-0.46),Z=32.44,P<0.01]。亚组分析显示,南方地区护士心理资本与离职意愿的相关性高于北方,样本来源和抽样方法未对二者直接的相关性产生显著影响。我国护士心理资本水平越高,离职意愿越低。但不同区域得出的相关性不同。护理管理者应制定提升护士心理资本的相关策略,通过改善护士的心理健康来最小化护士的离职意愿。
To investigate the correlation between psychological capital and turnover intention of nurses in China through the method of Meta-analysis.Chinese and English databases such as PubMed,Web of science,Embase,ProQuest,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and SinoMed were searched,with a time limit of up to July 2023,to review the literature on the correlation between psychological capital and turnover intention of nurses in China,and to perform a combined analysed.A total of 12 articles were included in the literature,which was of moderate overall quality,with a sample size of 5065 cases.Meta-analysis showed that nurses’psychological capital was moderately negatively correlated with their turnover intention,with a statistically significant difference[r=-0.48,95%CI(-0.51,-0.46),Z=32.44,P<0.01].Subgroup analysis showed that the correlation between nurses’psychological capital and willingness to leave was higher in the South than in the North,and the sample source and sampling method did not significantly affect the direct correlation between the two.In China,a correlation exists between higher levels of nurses’psychological capital and lower turnover intention,but this correlation can vary across regions.Therefore,nursing managers should implement strategies to enhance nurses’psychological capital and improve their psychological health,ultimately reducing turnover intention.
