高速铁路WJ-8型扣件轨距挡板注塑模具设计探讨

摘要 高速铁路的发展使得对WJ-8型扣件轨距挡板的实际需求量逐渐增大,针对轨距挡板性能方面的要求也愈发严格.研究结合WJ-8型扣件轨距挡板注塑过程中出现的问题,分析WJ-8型扣件轨距挡板结构,设计轨距挡板注塑模具结构.通过实践WJ-8型扣件轨距挡板注塑模具工作流程,证明了本次设计的有效性.该设计能够显著提升高速铁路WJ-8型扣件轨距挡板生产稳定性,大幅降低轨距挡板生产成本,明显降低了注塑模具维护频率与难度. The development of high-speed railways has led to a gradual increase in the actual demand for WJ-8 type coupler gauge baffles.In contrast,the performance requirements for gauge baffles have become increasingly strict.Research on the problems encountered during the injection molding process of WJ-8 type fastener gauge baffle,analyze the structure of WJ-8 type fastener gauge baffle,and design the injection mold structure for gauge baffle.By practicing the injection molding process of WJ-8 type fastener gauge baffle,the effectiveness of this design has been confirmed.This design can significantly improve the production stability of the WJ-8 type fastener gauge baffle for high-speed railways,significantly reduce the production cost of gauge baffle,and significantly reduce the frequency and difficulty of injection mold maintenance.
