极寒状态下扣件胶垫刚度温变特性及影响

摘要 文章利用配备温度控制箱的万能试验机,分析极寒状态下扣件胶垫刚度温变的特性,通过车辆–轨道耦合动力学模型,描述扣件胶垫刚度对高速铁路运行过程中动力响应性能的影响。研究使用视域分析法,分别针对极寒和常温状态下的扣件胶垫刚度变化,对高速铁路车辆列车加速度变化率、轮重减载率、轮轨垂向力的影响进行分析,最终提出相应建议。 The article uses a universal testing machine equipped with a temperature control box to analyze the temperature variation characteristics of the stiffness of the fastener rubber pad under extreme cold conditions.Through a vehicle track coupling dynamic model,the influence of the stiffness of the fastener rubber pad on the dynamic response performance during high-speed railway operation is described.Finally,using the field of view analysis method,the influence of fastener pad stiffness on the acceleration change rate,wheel load reduction rate,and wheel rail vertical force of high-speed railway trains under extremely cold and normal temperature conditions is completed,and corresponding suggestions are proposed accordingly.
