摘要
X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)是地质样品中主要,次要组分分析的有力手段。地质样品种类很多,来源不同,各元素含量范围变化大,为了充分发挥仪器的效能,提高方法的适应性,有必要制定一个能适应于多种类型样品分析的方法。
A method for the determination of Na_(2)O,MgO,Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),P_(2)O_(5),K_(2)O,CaO,TiO_(2),Cr_(2)O_(3),MnO and TFe_(2)O_(3) was described.The sample was fused with Li_(2)B_(4)O_(7) to form a highly smooth glass disc.The inter-element effect was corrected by using Lachcena Equation and theoreticalα-coefficient methods.The accuracy and the precision of the method meet the requirements for the analysis of geological samples.
