摘要
对铜精矿港口验收过程中取制样的风险及防范措施进行了分析,主要对原料品质、取样工具、水分测定、样品研磨等关键环节提出了防控措施,研究了检测时间对铜精矿品位检测结果影响及风险防控,通过物相、X-射线荧光光谱半定量、X射线衍射分析,明确了铜精矿中总铜、总硫和总铁质量分数随检测时间的延长均呈现出一定的降低趋势。
This article analyzes the risks and prevention measures of sampling and preparation during the acceptance process of copper concentrate ports,mainly proposing prevention and control measures for key links such as raw material quality,sampling tools,moisture measurement,and sample grinding.The impact of detection time on the grade detection results of copper concentrate and risk prevention and control were studied.Through phase analysis,X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy semi quantitative analysis,and X-ray diffraction analysis,it was determined that the mass fractions of total copper,total sulfur,and total iron in copper concentrate showed a certain decreasing trend with the extension of detection time.
